Overall Score – 4/5 – This score is not an average of combined scores; it is just how we feel Cigarti performs overall. While it may not be the sleekest design or the fastest growing in popularity, it is certainly worth considering. The best way to sum up this electronic cigarette brand is similar to describing its vapor volume, which is steady and enjoyable. There are certainly other brands out there you may be more satisfied with, but most brands have a flaw somewhere. The Cigarti brand is one that just seems to be decent to good in all areas. We were pleased with the overall performance and feel most users would be as well.
Presentation & Packaging – 3.5/5 – For those who like a simpler look for their electronic cigarettes and packet, the Cigarti can be a little tacky. Yet overall, the average for consumer feedback gives it usually a slightly higher average score than ours. For us personally, the look just wasn’t that appealing and left much to be desired. However, it is also obvious that the look of a package is not the most important aspect, and that for many former smokers there are too many other details that take precedence over presentation. The cigarette itself slightly resembles a cigarette and the cartridges come in different vibrant colors depending on the flavor choice. The travel case is not the closest to a traditional cigarette pack, but looks alright and gets the job done.
Flavor – 4/5 – The taste from these was a surprise and a positive one at that. After reading about how Cigarti offers different ‘skins’ to change up the look of their electronic cigarette we were concerned the focus was the style not the taste. Fortunately this was not the case. While not a heavy, thick or robust taste, it is still quite enjoyable. The only way to describe it is as mild but not missing anything. Although many electronic cigarettes end up being mild, which means lacking taste, Cigarti just seems to keep it simple by delivering a lighter taste but one that is still fulfilling.
Flavor Variety – 3/5 – As is usually the case, Cigarti is another e-cigarette brand that seems to focus on quality not quantity when it comes to what they offer. So while this brand does get a low score for flavor choices, this does not reflect the flavor quality. All it really means is that those who are looking for a wide variety of interesting and creative flavor choices will be disappointed with what this brand has to offer. The starter kits come in a wide array, but the cartridges do not. The main issue, however, is that the flavors available for the starter kit or the cartridges are almost completely fruity ones instead of a variety of different tobaccos. In fact, this is one of the only brands, if not the only one, that does not offer menthol. So while users can at least get the classic tobacco flavor, aside from that, choices include things such as apple, grape, lemon and cherry. The five flavors for cartridges available are tobacco, mint, cherry, strawberry and grape, and the cartridge colors coincide, which makes it seem as though that was more of the focus rather than offering a variety. However, those who care little about having a large amount to choose from and just want flavorful taste from what they do get will probably be satisfied with Cigarti.
Vapor Volume – 4/5 – We felt and noticed other reviewers agreed the vapor is consistent, which is a huge plus. One down side to many brands of electronic cigarettes is that they start off with a full vapor volume and then quickly decline. Some of this can be from battery life but also seems to result as just something that happens almost as soon as the product is used more than once. For Cigarti, the consistent and even vapor volume even over time was a refreshing change of pace. In addition to being even and consistent, the vapor volume was also smooth, which made it an enjoyable smokeless experience all around.
Battery Life – 4/5 – Not only is the battery life decent, but the starter kit we choose came with two batteries. One is shorter life span and the other one is a longer one. This is planned as being one to use during the day and another to last longer for evenings out. Both batteries lasted for what you would hope for and want and charged in under an hour. When looking through other reviews online, we noticed the general feedback in relation to battery life for the Cigarti seemed consistent. With battery life being a big issue with some brands of e-cigarettes, it seems Cigarti is towards the top of the class in this area.
Value – 4/5 – The value for Cigarti is decent and would have been better had their variety of starter kits included more options. While many brands have at least four kit options, Cigarti has only two. The good news is that both options are under the $100 mark. There is a mini electronic cigarettes starter kit that is a good price but seemed almost too mini. We went with the deluxe, which was good, but compared to other brands this would have been the basic starter kit and for probably a little bit lower a price point. Overall what you get for the price does make this a decent value electronic cigarettes starter kit.
Shipping – 3.5/5 – We still are amazed at how many ecigarette companies do not try to entice their potential customers with free shipping. Cigarti charges for shipping, and while it was not the most expensive we have seen, it wasn’t the lowest either. Also we noticed a trend in companies that charge for shipping usually have a lower priced product at least, but Cigarti is not the cheapest starter kit and still does not have the lowest price for shipping either. The good news is that orders placed before 3:00 pm EST are shipped the same day, which is what we were able to have happen.
