Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Declines

If there is a declined charge, your bank may put a pending charge on your card for 5-7 business days from date of decline, depending upon your bank policies. Pending transactions cannot be disputed until posted and can only be canceled by contacting the merchant directly.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

All ElectronicCigarette.net purchases come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee other than consumable items (liquids).

All Warranties and Guarantees cover purchases from ElectronicCigarette.net only.

a. Warranties/Guarantees do not cover any retail purchase.

b. Warranties/Guarantees do not transfer from original purchaser.

Since Pods and liquids are a consumable item, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Tracking Policy

Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement - excluding weekends and holidays. All orders arrive, on average, 3 business days from ship date but can take as long as 7 business days from ship date. USPS site provides anticipated delivery dates, not guaranteed by USPS or ElectronicCigarette.net.

First Class shipping is 2-6 business days from ship date.

Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 business days from ship date.

Please keep Holidays and Weekends in mind when tracking they do NOT count as business days when you are expecting a package. Our delivery times are based on business days from ship date. USPS occurs some delays in the month of December due to excess packages - order accordingly. Delays by 1-2 business days can also occur after all holidays, unpredictable weather (depending upon location) and during promotional periods.

If you did not receive your package but tracking shows successful delivery , please call your local post office or 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim. ElectronicCigarette.net is not responsible for USPS scanned delivered packages. USPS or ElectronicCigarette.net is not responsible for customer address errors entered when ordering - this will show delivery status as delivered for package.

Special Circumstances

If a packing error is made from the original order placed please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Exchanges must be complete & original. No partial or incomplete exchange will be made.

Additional Information

While evaluating our product, please be sure to not open additional sealed packs or liquid bottles - if they are used they cannot be returned and cannot be refunded.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
